Obviously disappointing the card didn’t arrive but the seller responded to my email as soon as they reopened after Christmas and refunded without quibbling. It seems the issue was probably down to an incomplete address which I should have spotted on the autocomplete when I ordered - I’m surprised Royal Mail couldn’t manage to deliver with the info they had but that’s not the seller’s fault. I’d be happy to buy from them again. It’s a shame it didn’t arrive - I’ve seen a copy in a shop and it’s a nice card for the sea swimmer in your life
